Taking the extensive Recipes for Internal Harmony course was one of the best things I have done for myself – I will forever cherish the things I learnt and experienced through it. Being welcomed into the class with Ann Hyde’s beautiful rhythm of yoga to help me learn better followed by diving into the wide world of Ayurveda by Sunita Tarkunde was a true gift. I don’t know anyone who has better knowledge and control of her own body than Ann does and despite taking classes with her for years, I am always truly in awe of it. And there is just so much to gleaned from Sunita’s vast knowledge base of Ayurveda and the science of self-healing. Her generosity with sharing and helping others is truly admirable. We all have so much to learn and classes like these are so empowering in helping us take charge of our own health and well-being. I am ready to sign up for the next series so keep them coming!
