These intensives and classes are part of the Mentorship Program, but are open for anyone to attend!

9:00 - 11:30 am  MORNING INTENSIVE 

Open to experienced all levels. This 2.5 hour class taught by Ann Hyde and Catherine Allen will include 30 minutes of meditation and chanting followed by a 2 hour asana practice. 

Time TBA  AFTERNOON CLASS 

Open to all levels including beginners. Come breathe, sweat and experience the quality and dedication to excellence these Forrest teachers embody though their skillful teaching and hands on assists. This class is part of the Forrest Yoga Mentorship Program. Ann Hyde and Catherine Allen will be in the class giving the teachers feedback and cues to support their growth as empowered Forrest Yoga teachers.
